光寶人前哨戰：表現優異者，實習結束就有機會拿到 Pre-offer 或延長實習
全英文實習，英語 TOEIC 700 分以上
2 個月完成專案規劃與執行，快速拓展專業力
尋找自己的職涯光點，同時拓展人脈連結，培養跨部門溝通力
職場學長姐經驗談，進行職涯探索
業界講師傳授結構企劃、視覺呈現、訊息傳遞三要素
跨部門團隊合作，共同完成 ESG 專案並於實習最終 LIGHT SEEKER Day 進行成果發表與評選
實地農田種稻、收割、贈米，了解 ESG 對環境重視
學長姐擔任夥伴，快速熟悉職場，並且安排每位同學至少 1 次以上與 HR 職涯諮詢，一起釐清職涯盲點
Outstanding performers may receive a Pre-offer or extend their internship.
Open to all students, regardless of field.
Internship conducted in English, TOEIC score 700+.
Complete project planning and execution in two months to rapidly expand professional skills.
Discover career highlights, expand networks, and develop cross-departmental communication skills.
Learn from seasoned professionals about career experiences and explore personal career paths.
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to complete ESG projects. Compete for recognition at the end-of-internship Light Seeker Day.
Industry experts teach essential elements of structured planning, visual presentation, and effective communication.
Experience rice cultivation, harvesting, and participate in ESG awareness activities.
Senior mentors partner with you to familiarize with the workplace. Arrange at least one session with an HR career consultant for each student to clarify career blind spots.
